Evora Hospice
CMS Development and Front End Design, Bespoke Training System, Shopify Installation and Integration
View the ProjectIn 2024 our sister company McCadden was tasked with rebranding Southern Area Hospice Services. Shortly afterwards we were appointed to plan, lead, design and develop a new website to support and promote that brand.
Stakeholder engagement was the key pillar in devising a clean, user-centred, fully-accessible digital presence, built upon Wordpress and Bootstrap. We added plenty of extra tools, including shopify product integration, a pattern-matching event calendar system for recurring events, and a completely bespoke training monitoring system for volunteers.
Loughbrickland-based contractor DCM Contracts asked us to devise a web presence that would support them through tendering and inital meetings; to in effect act as a realtime repository of their work and skills.
The portfolio site launched in Autumn 2025, with a keen emphasis on allowing users to achieve the purpose of their visit as quickly as possible, whilst taking the opportunity to exhibit the client's top-class photography.
A development of mixed-use commercial and residential development in the area surrounding Grand Central Station. In tandem with McCadden, we re-designed and rebuilt the previous website to reflect the station's opening, and the new focus on the surrounding area.
While ostensibly a magazine website built upon our flexible Wordpress theme, we also developed a number of interactive JavaScript tools for filtering and sorting development areas and maps.

When Xperience first approached us in 2023, it was with a website that attempted to be everything to everyone, and as is always the case, became a website for nobody,
Over the couse of a couple of months, we reviewed, re-ordered and prioritised every single aspect of content needed on the website, and produced an eye-catching but easy-to-use digital presence, powered by our own flexible Wordpress theme.

The end result was a striking but easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain and fully accessible website, powered by Minus40's powerful customisation of Wordpress.
Perhaps the single most extensive project ever taken on by Minus40 was to take ownership of the original "MyBA" system, then assess, identify and streamline its codebase into a modern (Angular) front-end framework.
In summary, we removed millions of lines of code and produced a scalable, easy-to-maintain front-end platform that delivers an 8-figure turnover each year.
